I absolutely love Korean Fried Chicken, and my obsession started 4 years ago when I had it from Dakgogi on Youge. Let's just say they were ripping customers off with their portions and prices. I decided to give this spot a shot as I am a regular at Wing's Time up the street, and I must say that I am SUPER happy that I did. The chicken was crispy and flavourful, sauced up nicely, and yo, I know it's a lil pricy, but the portions for the 12 & 12 was ALOT. This will now be my go to for Korean FC any day, any time.
Very pretty chicken restaurant with space theme, neatly and creatively decorated. The chicken is so delicious we had boneless butter garlic snow and sweet & spicy. I've tried boneless chicken from other places but theirs is so juicy. Love the ferris wheel of sides. The portion is big too. They also have a promotion for free keychain when you buy 30 or more.
100x TIMES BETTER THAN KFC !!! super crispy and tender fried chicken. We ordered corn cheese, spicy soy and golden fried chicken. The spicy soy was def on the spicy side so be careful lol but the server was extremely nice to let us try 2 other sauces. Will def come back !!!
Very cozy and cool environment, K-pop music videos on a projector, space ambiance, and very good food with good prices! Super recommend the combo with the fries and pop. My favorite was the sweet and spicy chicken. Not spicy tho.
Always fresh and delicious and super cute atmosphere, it’s so nice having a place like this so close for when it’s a hassle to travel downtown or uptown. Definitely deserves to be way more busier.
Great place for Korean chicken. We had the half and half soy garlic and sweet and spicy. I really enjoyed the sweet and spicy boneless chicken. Also had the butter garlic fries, intriguing flavor as it had some sweetness to it. I will definitely come back as the flavor was delicious, service was excellent and portions generous.
JJ Fried Chicken is consistently good. They offer various flavours - we like the original and the creamy onion sauce. Their sweet and spicy flavour is just right - not too spicy or salty. We’ve always ordered food for delivery or pick up. They are organized and efficient as a staff. We always receive a can of pop as “service”. Really kind people on staff. Great place to try if you’re in the area.
Ordered takeout through their business site. We got the half and half chicken - original and soy garlic. First of all, the PACKAGING - items came in a super cute reusable bag. Secondly, there were disposable gloves and an extra pop (thank you). And finally the chicken - we're about a 10min drive and the chicken definitely passed the crunch test. The chicken was not dry, super flavorful with the pickled radish and didn't feel overly greasy/heavy. We're super glad there's a fried chicken place in the area and we'll definitely be ordering again!
